CLEAN TERRA may terminate this Agreement in case of a Customer's breach of these terms and conditions; and/or by providing the Customer with 24 hours' notice.
CLEAN TERRA reserves the right to terminate the Agreement immediately if the Customer has not paid an amount exceeding $50.00 for more than 14 days. Customers can also terminate this Agreement at any time by giving CLEAN TERRA 24 hours' notice and without any outstanding fees.
You may not transfer, assign, charge, or otherwise dispose of your rights or liabilities under these Terms without our prior written consent. We reserve the right to transfer, assign, charge, subcontract, or otherwise dispose of our rights or obligations without your consent.
We shall not be held liable for any failure to perform or delay in performance of our obligations under these Terms caused by events beyond our control (Force Majeure Event). This includes strikes, natural disasters, governmental regulations, and more. During a Force Majeure Event, our performance under these Terms is considered suspended, and we are granted an extension of time for performance.
In case of a dispute, the parties agree to attempt resolution through a mutually agreed-upon mediator in the state where the Service was provided. Costs associated with mediation, except for attorney fees, will be shared equally by the Customer and CLEAN TERRA. The prevailing party may recover legal fees and expenses.
Both parties agree to keep this Agreement and all confidential information confidential. They shall not disclose or use any confidential information without written consent from the other party. These confidentiality provisions remain in effect after the service's termination.
These Terms, along with any posted policies or rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and us and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements. Any ambiguities in interpreting these Terms should be communicated to CLEAN TERRA for clarification.
These Terms and any agreements for Services shall be governed by Australian law, with the parties submitting to the exclusive jurisdiction of Australian courts.
CLEAN TERRA reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice by posting updated agreements on its website. Users are responsible for checking the website periodically for changes, and continued use or access of the website or Service constitutes acceptance of those changes."
